I am trying to recover deleted e-mailmfrom Juno.No help there.Can you
help me to do it myself?

it greatly depends on the software you have.
Does it have a trash bin?
Did you empty the trash bin / deleted items?
If so you're probably not going to get it back.

There might still be a copy on the server depending on how your email
client is set up (for example mine leaves all messages on the server
for 10 days)
