I'm developing a website that delivers rich-media streaming content
produced by children.  As part of that effort I am gathering
information on advertising by sponsors both within the stream itself
(insitu) and rich-media page ads.  What is the current going rate for
these types of sponsorship ads?  i'm looking for pricing such as $$'s
per thousand views ($/CPM), clickthrough charges, and other standard
pricing plans.  No need for real detail. This is for some projections
work.
