I am looking for about 10 original successful case filings as filed by
a law firm (can include FTC original filing) on behalf of its client
in cases regarding "bait and switch" and deceptive advertizing. e.g.
FTC Vs Pantron I corp. Specifically anything to do with offering
"free coupons" in lieu of service.

The information you seek is something that law firms usually pay lots
of money to subscribe to (Lexus Nexus databases). So you probably
won't find complete case information without subscribing to a service.

If you're a law student, your law school should already have access to
this information.

If you're general public, you might want to contact a lawyer friend or
someone else who has access to case histories in the form of books or
databases.

Even the Lexis and Westlaw databases do not include pleadings ("case
filings") but rather only give published opinions by courts of appeal
and supreme courts. There are a few trial court decisions published,
but they tend to be limited to United States District Courts.

With that said, perhaps you would be interested in reported case
decisions on this topic. If so, may I suggest you cancel this question
and re-post a new question requesting published court decisions. Ten
would be a LOT of opinions, and may not be available with your narrow
criteria.

Good luck, weisstho-ga
