I need a source, fairly reliable, online or off, for discounted seat
upgrades on Amtrak trains that is NOT E-bay and NOT Amtrak.  Also, the
answer cannot be "buy on board the train..." as that method is
excellent price-wise but is very unreliable.  Upgrades I am interested
in are upgrades to First and Business Class Seats and upgrades from
Reserved or Unreserved Coach seats (ordinary seats) to a Sleeper.  I
am particularly interested in the a discount on sleepers and will
consider paying for the whole question if I can get an answer to this
alone.  My usual lowest price for a sleeper is a
bought-onboard-upgrade for $60 or so.  Find me a match or go lower
than that from a reliable source and you've got your $15.
