The Word document file has an image in it that isn't embedded in the
file - it shows up as a box with an X through it. There also seem to
be some typos in the question... Could you regenerate the document and
re-upload?

Dear researcher,
I have tried my best to change the format to an image but still
having problems doing it. Its in a .doc format. I will still try to
convert it to a .pdf or .jpg,bmp...file. Hoping to have this deal with
you soon. Thanks
NB:
If you have any suggestion as to how to convert this doc, you can
present it. In my PC this way, I view it correctly but I know there
will an error that way as the settings differ.
Thanks! and Regards,
JossyChina-ga
