Hello pedrosax~
A great place to find writers is the Writer's Weekly website and
newsletter. A large number of writers use Writer's Weekly to find work
in many fields, including business writing.
Write a letter to the editor of Writer's Weekly (Angela Hoy), being
certain to include information about what you want from a writer and
how much you're willing to pay. Go to
http://www.writersweekly.com/misc/contact.html for the correct email
address.
Typically, businesses ask that writers email or snail mail them with a
bio or resume, plus copies (or, to use writing industry lingo,
"clips") of their work. From the selections you receive, you can pick
the writer of your choosing.
To get ideas on wording such a job listing, check out the
"Freelance Jobs" section of the most recent Writer's Weekly newsletter
at: http://www.writersweekly.com/markets_and_jobs/001404_03172004.html#jobs
