I am doing research on check cashing businesses, and I want to find a
list (free and online if possible) or which I can buy from a broker
for cheap, which will allow me to get contact information for check
cashing businesses in the US.  Would like a list of web sites that
specifically target or cater to the such businesses online.  I have a
product which I will be marketing to these businesses, and need to
begin building the prospect list.

Have you tried simply contacting a list broker like InfoUsa.com?
