Is there a resume posting site that can post to many job sites and be
able to update the information when my information changes preferably
for one up front charge of less than $100. Thanks

Submittal sites I've located for you:

Post It Once is a free, membership site. In their User Center you may:
"Post your resume to the top Resume Sites. Send and receive Email,
research a job, or update your resume." This service posts your resume
to the following resume engines:

CareerWeb
Job Warehouse
JobBankUSA

ResumeRabbit appears  to be the highly recommended site among job
applicants. For a $59.95 fee they will post your resume to a current
79 resume sites and engines. Explanations on the website indicate that
the information you post is updatable under certain circumstances.
You'll need to read the Terms of Service to make sure this is
acceptable to you.
