Hi help1,

I talked to Cingular customer support. In order to help you they will
need to view the bill, which can be done.

The way she explained it to me is: You have a sensitive code (number)
and because it was switched from one code to another, there is a
charge.

Please call: 1-866-246-4852 which is Cingular Data Support, you'll be
entered into their queue and a Customer Service Representative will
ask you for your information so that she/he can view your bill.

At that time you can request all available information from them.

I hope this helps. They were very friendly to me, and because this is
private information on your billing statement she wouldn't offer me
any more about what a sensitive code is, but if you call - she assured
me they'd be more than happy to help you.

Best regards,
tlspiegel
