What is the color of center line on road markings : (A) For Expressway Highway ,

The answer to your question is yellow.  The color yellow is used for
center line markings on ALL road types including Highway and Feeder
Roads.

This standard is contained in section 3B.01 of the Manual on Uniform
Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

The MUTCD is produced as a joint effort by AASHTO, the American
Traffic Safety Services Administration (ATSSA) and the Institute of
Transportation Engineers (ITE).  The latest version of the document
(2003) can be purchased in the AASHTO bookstore for $75.

A standard so widely adopted and as important as the center line color
is unlikely to change from 2001 to 2003.  To be certain, I was able to
find the Change List for the 2003 Edition of the MUTCD.

You can see that there has been minor wording changes to section 3B.01
but no fundamental change to the standard.  Most importantly, the
color specified is still yellow.
