Researching how the interests of new home buyers in Willingboro has
evolved since the area was developed as a Levittown.

Herbert Gan's chronicled the demographics/backgrounds of the original
residents of Levittown in his book "The Levittowners."  He interviewed
several hundred original residents, and asked which factors attracted
the residents to the area when it was first being developed.
 
Would really be curious to hear how strongly these components appeal
those who are currently considering a purchase in Willingboro.  Below
is the original listing of the appealing factors of Levittown, from
the 1960s.  (in no particular order)

required to purchase as home - was just $100 up-front when developed)
 
A general township/community/area where new Willingboro homeowners
general come from (i.e. where residents are migrating from)
 
See increasing cultural and ethnic diversity of new residents?  (40
years ago was segregated, with no minorities)
 
Do any traces of the original Levittown community remain in the
Willingboro's community (any idea for a # or % of current residents
who have lived in their home since the development was built 40+ years
ago, any idea of # or % of houses that have not been modified and
therefore remain in original Levittown design)
