Could you clarify what you mean by a "granular" configuration?

Also, are you looking just to be able to deploy the Mozilla software
to your workstations using Group Policy, or do you also want to
configure Mozilla settings at the same time?

I am doing an internship and the systems administrator doesn't know
how to do tis . So if I can come up with an answer it would make me
look really good...
    - By granular I meant total control if possible of Mozilla .
    - a guy (an accountant ) in an office of 50 employees is
determined to use Mozilla but the administrator dont want him to . The
systems administrator wants to disable Mozilla and have a pop-up
window say that Mozilla isn't supported then have a slight delay then
redirect the user to internet explorer .

thanks for getting back to me , I really hope you can help me out...
