Hi, I have started a company in Canada. I have a few employees working for me. I want to reward them with some stock ownership in the company. As such, I have come up with an employee stock option plan. However, I don't have a lot of money to pay for legal cousel to develop all the rules and regulations that govern such a plan. I am looking for a template specific for Canada. I will modify the document myself and adapt it to my needs. Please remember that this is for Canada. We have rules that are slightly different than the US. |
