Hello,
.
The sites access a common ftp server for the .exe download for the
bingo software which provided by ftp.b2kbingo.com
.
The main website is http://www.b2kbingo.com
and if a Smart Whois is performed:
http://name.space.xs2.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl?whois=b2kbingo.com
it reveals that a SHURANCE, JOSEPH is the owner.
.
He also appears to own the domain name INFOMEGA.COM
which is also the common nameserver for two of the examples you have
mentioned, NS2.INFOMEGA.COM
.
Mainstreetbingo.com shows a same nameserver of NS2.INFOMEGA.COM (where
the domain name is hosted)
http://name-space.com/cgi-bin/whois.pl?whois=mainstreetbingo.com
.
As does glamourbingo.com
http://name-space.com/cgi-bin/whois.pl?whois=glamourbingo.com
bingogala.com, mainstreetbingo.com, glamourbingo.com all share similar
code and appear to be constructed from the same source as the page
editor shown in the code is Golive 4, this with the similarity in
nameservers suggestst they are affliated in some way.
.
According to this article stored in Google's cache:
http://216.239.39.100/search?q=cache:tVQNyuy_JlsC:www.inc.com/incmagazine/archives/09950521-3.html+SHURANCE+JOSEPH&hl=en&ie=UTF-8
Joseph Shurance is the president of $3-million Executive Business
Services, in San Diego
.
The company claims it will bring at least 100,000 more customers
through your casino doors

.
This is done presumably by the bingo software from Executive Business
Services.
.
This site http://www.bingofetch.com/search/?add=4
features news on the company in the right hand column:
"MAJOR BINGO SITE ANNOUNCES THE CHANGING OF ITS SOFTWARE PROVIDER.
.
Bingomania has terminated its relationship from its original software
provider Executive Business Services of Escondido, California citing
various questionable business practices by EBS owner Joe Shurance,
also of Escondido. The main allegations are overcharging, negligent
support, and lack of any significant upgrade to the software in the
last two years. Bingomania management has chosen Dot Com Entertainment
as their new provider and has already relaunched their gaming
operations. Two other licensees of EBS are said to be "seriously
considering" dropping Shurance's software as well. "
