I am looking for a private tutor for Spanish. I live in the San
Fernando Valley (Northridge, Burbank, Chatsworth, Panorama City,
Sylmar to name a few towns in it) in Los Angeles and would prefer
someone local, but would accept having to travel to another city.
Also I really do not want to go to a class, but would rather have
one-on-one instruction, regardless of the price per session.

If you need me to clarify anything please let me know.
Thanks,
Derek

Hola, Derek!

I've found several Spanish tutors in the LA area. All of these
classified ads are recent. Most of these tutors prefer to be contacted
by email:

these links as your answer. If these tutors are not exactly what
you're seeking, or if you need more names to choose from, please let
me know.

Hey so far those look really good. I never even thought to look
there. Can you find anyone that is located in the 818 area code as
that is where I live. Or Hollywood/downtown is okay as long as they
are near a station on the MTA Red Line subway.

Thanks

Since I am not familiar with the area or the subway stations, I'm
leaving your question open for other Researchers. Perhaps someone from
the Los Angeles area will be able to help.

Dp keep in mind that some tutors are willing to travel to your
location, such as this well-qualified tutor:
