The PageRank algorithm, as described by "The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine" by Sergy Brin and Lawrence Page, is claimed to have a normalized probability distribution that is always equal to 1 (i.e. the average PR for every page calculated). Can anyone show a rigorous proof of this? |
