Unless an authoritative medical organization has actually ranked the
twenty best such surgeons in the world (and I guess it's *possible*
someone has), it's nearly impossible for a researcher to make that
determination!

Would you be satisfied with a list of twenty renowned rhinoplasty
surgeons -- from around the world -- if the researcher can provide
news articles, etc., that attest to each surgeon's skill and fine
reputation?

I would be keen on a surgeons reputation from news articles etc, from
a surgeon who is actively contributing  to research in the field.

I would settle for the top 20 rhinooplasty sugreons from the United
States and Europe that treat the A List Celebrities.

Actually, I asked for the clarification on behalf of ALL researchers,
not just myself. (As it happens, I'm now up to my neck at the moment.)

It was important to establish the parameters for just what you need
because, as I said, coming up with an authoritative "top twenty"
surgeons would be nearly impossible

I'm sure a researcher will be glad to take this on, especially if you
consider raising your fee.

It will take several hours of work to assemble such a list of quality
surgeons. In all honesty, I think your chances of attracting a
researcher to work on this will improve if you bump up the fee.
