pokerchip,

Due to confidentially reasons, most schools will not release a list of
children that attend to just anyone. However, if you contact the
school directly explaing your situation and who you are they may let
you look through the school yearbooks. You can also contact the police
to help you find a child, esp. if she is missing or lost.

You can contact the Duval county school board, which Jacksonville FL
is a part of, and ask them for their help since there are over 104
elementary schools.

Good luck in your search, Duval county is one of the largest school
districts in the nation.
