I've owned a small franchise in the Commercial Cleaning for a Year
now. I'm currently looking to selling it. It's listed as a Top 10
Franchise for 2004. However, It's a "WeekEnd Only" gig-
thus extremely difficult to get a broker to assist me. What's the
best way to go about this?

Sincerely,

Cleaned-GA

Does the parent company for your franchise have any resources
for assisting you with the sale? Have you explored franchise
networking sites?
