Please, I just knew of a site (www.easyinputforms.com) that helps in
creating forms for webpages but it has a trial period of a week so I
can't really conrinue editing my forms. I will need more sites that
offer the same services or that has greater features but I will need a
free one not a trail.
If it's a trial but has more features than www.easyinputforms.com, then let me know.

A note to other researchers..

I provided an answer for jossychina that listed 5 or 6 remotely hosted
form processing alternatives, pulled  from http://www.hotscripts.com,
however, the customer did not feel that any of the ones I provided was
equal to easyinputs.  Be sure and and request clarification for any
choices you are going to provide to ensure that it meets jossychina's
needs.
