Can this vague accusation be proved?
"The Bush administration has removed more checks and balances, and has
the least amount of congressional oversight than any presidential
administration in US history."

Dear Chris, 

Vague indeed. How could you measure "Checks and Balances" in order to
decide that Bush had the least amount of it, in comparison (for
example) to FDR, or progressive era Presidents?
