How do we stop users on Outlook 2003 from destroying my custom view

When we configure OL for someone in my workgroup, I create a special
custom view for them. Here is what is happening.

What happens in Outlook:

1. User selects one of our customized views of Tasks that groups Tasks by Category
2. User clicks on any column heading in customized Task view
3. Task view by category is lost (and the user needs to enter
Customize Current View and select Group by Category in order to
re-make the customized view)

What we want to happen:

1. User selects one of our customized views of Tasks that groups Tasks by Category
2. User clicks on any column heading in customized Task view
3. Task view by category is remains? in fact.. if nothing happens at
all, that is ok.

How can I lock this view or do something to prevent this problem?>

thanx in advnce
