There was a song that they use to play on a country radio station in
the early to mid 1980's. I do not know the name or artist of the song
except it is a male singer. I thought the name was " A Nickel's Worth
of Heaven " but it isn't. The song is about a little homeless boy
going to church and putting a nickel in the collection plate and
asking for a nickel's worth of heaven. Thank you for your time.

If this is the song you're looking for, I'll be glad to tell you where
you may purchase a CD or cassette containing the song, and other songs
sung by the same artist.

Hey Pinkfreud-ga....I do believe that is the song...can you list the
words for me? It doesn't quite seem like the voice that sung it, but
maybe it is. Once I see the words to the song, that will tell me if it
is it. One more thing, can you tell me where I can download it, I
prefer to do it that way. Thanks alot for your help, you are good...

I'm sorry, but I don't have access to the complete lyrics of the song,
nor do I know where you can download it legally.

I hope another Researcher will be able to help.
