What complications arise in working capital management if some
financial activity is from another country?

There are several well-know problems with working capital management, including:
*  delayed payments due to products being tied up in shipping
*  predicting currency translation amounts
    -- if currency positions are hedged, then there is the extra cost of hedging
*  potential currency restrictions put in place by governments
*  changes in credit conditions in foreign markets (which would effect
the ability to raise capital locally)

Plus, your employees who travel internationally will always be
screwing up their expense reports with the wrong currency translation
amounts ;=)
