I need to know what States I am exempt from charing sales tax for my
servicing company. We provide labor in assembly and service Nation
Wide.  Can you tell me the States that I am required to pay and the
percentage it is for State and Local Tax.

You're in luck, I found a site with a list of all the states, 
their sales tax rates and items that are exempt.

You'll see a code legend at the bottom of the page that tells
you that "Srv" in the third column of the table, equals Services.

Since rates change regularly, or differ by county, you may want to 
follow the links to the state's own website to make sure the 
information is correct.
