Why have you forgotten the question I asked on April 6,2004 concerning
an OTC stock, MEMI.PK ?  I was charged $10 and it was promptly
forgotten. Since that question was IGNORED, perhaps I can get this one
answered:  What is the price on MEMI.PK Certificates held by the
Depository Trust Company (DTC)? These were held before November 30,
2001.

What is the price of MEMI.PK Certificates held by the Depository Trust
Comany, (DTC) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Federal Reserve Bank. 
These are shares of Miracle Entertainment Inc.  These cerificates were
held before November 30, 2001.
