and to retail alcoholic beverages in the country of Turkey? Example:
American BrewPubs are licensed to manufacture, wholesale and retail
alcoholic beverages on the brewery premises.

There are many brands of alcoholic beverages (both local and
international) being sold in Turkey. So the answer is generally yes.
