We are looking for a retirement community in the USA using these
parameters: Cost of living LESS than Scottsdale, Arizona; temperate
climates but not as hot as Scottsdale (current home), city size larger
than 100,000 but no larger than Scottsdale, low liklihood of natural
disasters (earthquakes, etc), low crime rate, and not in proximity to
any nuclear targets/terrorist targets.
