Scenario:  A husband finds his wife has had an affair.  Months later
the husband goes to visit the lover and punches him in the face. 
Assuming the lover pressed charges, what would the likely court
sentence be?

The husband has no former record of any crime.

The incident took place this year.
There were witnesses.
The injury was a broken nose, medical attention was needed.
The matter was reported to the police.

Where did the incident take place?

When did it happen?

Were there any witnesses?

Was the Person Assaulted badly injured? Even Hospitalised? Did he seek
or need Medical Attention?

Has he reported the matter to the Police?
