I need some information on medical indemnity schemes for a number of
countries as part of a research project.  The questions that I need
answered in relation to each country are as follows:

- Does the concept of medical malpractice exist in that particular
country and and doctors be sued for negligence?
 
- An estimate of the number of such actions that are commenced annually? 
 
- Are there any existing Indemnity or insurance Schemes for doctors in
that country and could you provide brief details of such schemes e.g.
number of schemes, name of indemnity or insurance provider?

- Whether these idemnity providers are using any software packages to
manage their indemnity schemes?
 
 - The contact details like Medical Peak Bodies, Medical Defense
Organisations, Medical indemnity or Insurance Providers etc?
 
The countries that I would like to apply the above information to are;
Greece, Hungary, Chile, Slovakia, Iceland, India, Peru, the
Phillipines, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Mexico.

I am prepared to pay $15 dollars for every country where at least 4 of
the questions above are answered.
