I would like to know if Chuck Zito and Nick Zito are related.  Chuck Zito is an 
ex-Hell's Angel, ex-celebrity bodyguard, and is currently portraying the ailing 
Chucky Pancamo on HBO's series OZ (now on hiatus).  Nick Zito is a NY-based 
thoroughbred horse trainer.

Now I don't want to intrude on either of these gentleman's privacy, but I have 
a $20 bet that they ARE related, and I need to have the confirmation by 
Kentucky Derby Day (5/4), if possible.

The only thing I've found out so far is that Chuck Zito's given name is Charles 
A. Zito.  I've also seen the message board on genealogy.com and that was of 
little help.  

I would like information that is in the PUBLIC DOMAIN that will prove/disprove 
a relationship.  Can you help me?

His official name is Charles A. Zito, Jr. His father, a professional boxer in 
the 30s and 40s, boxed under the name of Al La Bamba. The site and news 
articles also mention his wife Kathy, daughter Lisa, son-in-law Jonathan, 
nieces and nephews, and a grandchild.

According to the Social Security Death Index, one Charles A. Zito, was
born 18 Jun 1910 and died 23 Jul 1995, last residence 07002 (Bayonne,
Hudson, NJ), SSN 158-01-9180. I have a feeling this is Chuck Zito's
father.

Contact the Hudson County Clerk at (201) 795-6112. See how long it'll
take to get a copy of his death certificate. Next of kin will be
listed. You might hit paydirt.

jengod, you have a good idea here and I'll bet you're right on your
information.  It's just that I didn't want to invest any more dollars
into something that's just a hunch or make additional cuts into my
profit margin.  I was hoping for a news story I may have overlooked
where they claimed one another.  I guess it's just not out there.
