I am looking for standard clauses found in BPO contracts and
associated Long Term Service Agreements. To precise my question, I am
not looking for the standard clauses found in most service agreements,
but for the specific provisions found in BPO agreements (ex : price
revision formula based on index; possibility of external benchmark of
contract after X years, incentives & gain sharing; ...). I am more
interested by the business concepts than the detailed legal wording of
the clauses. I would also be interested by links to example of
contracts & long term service level agreements.
