I need to know the BEST printed to buy that will print HIGH quality
8X10 photos from good scans while at the same time not using $10 worth
of ink and doing so very fast.  I am using an HP Photosmart 1215 and
have upgraded beyond to their 7550 or whatever that other model is and
found it uses twice the amount of ink and the photos don't look that
much nicer and also the speed is the same.

Also need to know what the fastest scanner that isn't insanely
expensive would be to scan magazine photos to print as 8X10.
