I once saw an black&white WWII movie where the company of soldiers in
a house piano jammed a great! boogie woogie together. What is the
specific name/year of that WWII movie (and the name of the boogie
woogie song)? |

Can you provide any more specific details such as the names of actors,
the plotline, or such? The more we know, the more likely it is that
we'll be able to identify your movie.

That's the problem. All I remember (years ago) was a group of soldiers
enter a mansion for the night, discover a piano and somebody sits down
and start playing a great boogie woogie song that everybody starts
hopping to. This may be too hard given the facts I can remember.

Do you happen to remember whether the movie was full-length or might
it have been a musical "short subject," which were common in that
era?

It was the usual TV war movie, and the unexpected boogie woogie piano
jam was in the middle of it.

I looked up "Operation Mad Ball". That movie centered around the Ball
and was supposed to be funny.
The unknown movie boogie woogie piano jam was not a central part, but
more of a relief from battle conditions. And it was not meant to be a
funny movie.

Oper Mad Ball was 1957.
The unknown war movie was more like early 40's at most.
