I'm about to publish about 3-4 case studies for my new, boutique,
Business Intelligence Service company (ie, databases, reporting
systems, etc).  These services are provided to business users who are
trying to understand their data, customers, and operations.

These case studies will be approximately 2 pages each.

Please email a list of useful resources that speak to:
 - suggested format of case studies
 - effective case studies do: (metrics are VERY useful, ie, 3/4 of
effective cases studies include a section on ...)
 - some links (perhaps 5-10) to boutique service firm case studies (in
technology industry) that look REALLY nice (graphics, tables, diagrams
of computers/databases, etc)
