I broke my wrist and now the cast has been removed but my flexibilty
needs to improve.   What kinds of exercises can I do?

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you broke your wrist, but glad that it's almost all
better now. After being in a cast for 6-8 weeks, I'm sure that you
hand feels almost strengthless. Flexibility is also important in
regaining full hand/wrist functionality. Please refer to the links
below for wrist strengthening techniques. BUT BE CAREFUL! The
ligaments and muscles haven't had a proper workout or normal usage for
the past couple weeks and are probably weak, and tender. Work slowly
and stop immediately if you feel any discomfort. As always, check with
your doctor if anything happens.
