I'm looking for software/shareware that allows a client to make word
changes on a FrontPage-designed website without having to know or
install FrontPage. The clients have very little web expertise, so it
has to be simple. (I saw something like that once on CNET but was
never able to track it down again.)

You may want to take a look at Macromedia Contribute:

What I had seen was much less expensive. It also would have to be
usable by MAC users. Thanks.

Hi writerml,

You could use an online WYSIWYG HTML web editor like
www.kameleweb.com. It works perfectly on windows (Internet Explorer
5.0+, Mozilla 1.4+, Netscape 7.1+, Firefox) and MACINTOSH (Mozilla
1.4+, Netscape 7.1+, Firefox) and it is very easy to use.
