Can I sell telephone lists legally? My customers would have to adhere
to telemarketing laws (no call lists,etc.) But would selling the
databases violate any laws?

The telephone lists would be sold via the internet on a website. Are
there any ecommerce laws that selling telephone lists would violate?

You should tell the city, state and country where most of your
customers live, also name the services and products you supply to your
