The URL http://69.50,191.51/hp-php (autosearch.cc) has hijacked my IE Homepage. No matter how I restore desired homepage, the bad homepage returns after reboot. I would like to permanently delete/deny access to my computer by bad URL. Help! | |

That should solve his problem. I actually had to do the exact same thing on my computer today, the bloody thing was driving me crazy. |

By far the best software for cleaning, immunising and protecting your computer against spyware of any kind is the Software "Search and Destroy". http://www.safer-networking.org/ There is a special option to block bad pages too. And best of all: Its FREE! I use it on all my 6 computers I have at home and its just incredible how much stuff gets installed without you knowing it. I suggest to donate to the software programmers though, they did a great product and deserve some sponsoring. |
