The URL http://69.50,191.51/hp-php (autosearch.cc) has hijacked my IE
Homepage. No matter how I restore desired homepage, the bad homepage
returns after reboot. I would like to permanently delete/deny access
to my computer by bad URL. Help!

You can download a removal tool for autosearch here:

Please let me know whether or not this solves your problem.

That should solve his problem. I actually had to do the exact same
thing on my computer today, the bloody thing was driving me crazy.

By far the best software for cleaning, immunising and protecting your
computer against spyware of any kind is the Software "Search and
Destroy".

http://www.safer-networking.org/

There is a special option to block bad pages too.
And best of all: Its FREE! I use it on all my 6 computers I have at
home and its just incredible how much stuff gets installed without you
knowing it.

I suggest to donate to the software programmers though, they did a
great product and deserve some sponsoring.
