Why am I unable to connect with Radio@at Netscape? I have downloaded
it twice and am connected to the Internet. I was receiving error
messages :"unable to establish connection" though I was connected.
Also error message: 602. Until about a week ago I was using this
site with no problems. Can you advise? Thank you.

Have you made any changes in your firewall?

When I first click on the Radio@Netscape icon on my desktop, a
Radio@Netscape box appears indicating "Step 2" of the process and to
select a choice from the list on left. The "list" never appears, and
the box appears to be frozen at this point.

Hi, My entire security (including firewall) was upgraded recently. I
currently have Norton antivirus '04. But I think I have successfully
used Radio@Netscape since the upgrade. (I think).

Hi puyi-ga...

As a former fan of netscape radio,I can tell you changed their sponsor
to AOL early last week. When I first went to the site, I had the same
problem. But after a few attempts, I got in and was advised to
download the new version.
Well, the new version is awful. They don't have my favourite channel
anymore and after 31 songs, where it asked if you were still there and
by pressing OK you could continue listening, now after 31 songs, it
tells you that if you want to listen to more, you should upgrade to
their paid version.

it looks like the TCP/IP protocal has been damaged. you can reinstall
the protocal to check the issue.

To Steph53-ga,

Thanks very much for your comment which was helpful. I am sure what
you described is exactly what happened in my case. I never was able
to reconnect with Radio@..., so I ended up registering for a trial
period with AOL. It appears to be exactly the same as Radio@ with the
same content as I had previously only now instead of being provided
free, it costs $360 ann. Why is this not a shock.
Thanks again, Puyi-ga
