hi

I would like to know what are considered to be the leading approaches
to enhancing creativity in companies. What do companies tend to use,
what are the differences between the approaches, and is there data on
which of them actually work?

That's a huge question -- and one that can't really be answered in a
short sentence. It also depends on what you mean by "creativity" --
companies can be creative but not be profitable or create anything
useful, for instance. I assume you'd want to measure creativity by new
revenue divided by new patents or something like that.

If you ever want some inspiration I'd suggest checking out IDEO.com --
they're some of the leading innovators for products and reinventing
corporate cultures. They're highly regarded here at the College of
Business here, just as they are across the country by business
students.
