As a small business owner, what do I need to do to get a reseller's
license in order to buy computer parts from distributor and resell
them.  Nobody will sell to me unless I have one.  Specifically, I need
VIA's Eden ESP motherboard (fanless mini-ITX form factor).

Exactly what I needed to know.  Although I am a business and this article 
talks about how an individual can cheat the system in such a way to get cheap
computer hardware, it nonetheless is the most informative website I've seen on
the subject.  Even the Small Business Administration's website didn't seem to
have anything on this (that I could find).  Thanks.
