Hello Asimplechange,

I found a copy of the book, however it is expensive. The current bid is for $61.00.

Would you be interested in the copy of this book as the answer to your question?

Thanks,
Bobbie7

You're saying current bid, so I would assume that you've found it in
an auction, so the price could go even higher still. I was really
hopeing to find it for under 50 dollars if it's possible. If not, I
would of course want to look into the one you've already found. Thank
you!

I've tried the preorder at Amazon.com. It never comes through. I've
been looking for this book for over 2 years now and I was really
hoping I would have a little better luck this time. I'll take the
link for the auction if there really is nothing else. Thank you.
