Dear gppluss-ga:

Thank you for your question. After conducting an online search, I have
found some resources where you will find what you are looking for.

Reference Data:

The NIST Standard Reference Data Group offers Reference Data both for
download and for purchase. Here is some info on them:

"For 30 years, the NIST Standard Reference Data Group (SRDG) has
provided well-documented numeric data to scientists and engineers for
use in technical problem-solving, research, and development. These
recommended values are based on data which have been extracted from
the world's literature, assessed for reliability, and then evaluated
to select the preferred values. These data activities are conducted by
scientists at NIST and in university data centers."

You may purchase reference data in the following categories:

Analytical Chemistry
Atomic and Molecular Physics
Biotechnology
Chemical Kinetics
Chemical and Crystal Structure
Fluids
Imaging
Materials
Surface
Thermochemical

The homepage of the NIST Standard Reference Data Database is here:

For information on Reference Tables as they relate to Databases, I
received the following information from the Reference Data Portal:

"What is Reference Data? It is a special class of data found in
databases that can best be defined as follows:

Reference data is any kind of data that is used solely to categorize
other data found in a database, or solely for relating data in a
database to information beyond the boundaries of the enterprise."

You can also download their collection of Reference Data, along with
white papers, at their homepage: http://www.refdataportal.com/

For Process Models, I have included links to resources where you may
download for a fee Process Model Templates.

The biggest collection of Industry Standard (ISO) Process Models is
the collection at BestProcess.com. They offer process models in the
following categories:

Baldrige Best Business Processes
Baldrige Best Education Processes
Baldrige Best Health Care Processes
TQM Best Processes
ISO and QS Best Processes
Productivity Best Processes

In addition, HandySoft.com produces the BizFlow7, which offers the
below features:

"BizFlow7 provides out of the box ready to use process model templates
and templated forms. These templates increase the speed of deployment
of automated business processes. However, because each company has
their own unique way of doing things and different existing
infrastructures, more than template solutions are required."
