Dear Faxdem, "This office also maintains the Department of Education Inquiry/Ineligible List which red flags the names of individuals placed on the list in our Human Resources System. Names and reasons for placement on the list are submitted to the Monitoring Unit from various offices systemwide." (SOURCE: The New York City Department of Education, <http://www.nycenet.edu/offices/dhr/admin_services/fprint.aspx>). If you think that your name is wrongfully in that list, maybe you should contact the Monitoring Unit: Personnel Investigation Carmela Cuddy, Administrator (718) 935-2668 CCuddy@nycboe.net Or, Appeals and Reviews Virginia Caputo, Director (718) 935-2991 vcaputo@nycboe.net |
