Dear Faxdem, 

"This office also maintains the Department of Education
Inquiry/Ineligible List which red flags the names of individuals
placed on the list in our Human Resources System. Names and reasons
for placement on the list are submitted to the Monitoring Unit from
various offices systemwide."
