I am looking to find out as much information as I can on stock
transactions of a person. This person who used to work for
www.redhat.com at a director level, no longer works there for 2 years
now, but participated in Redhat's IPO in 99-2000. Is there any way
that I can find out how much stock was transacted, if there is current
ownership, etc. |

I know where you can get the information. It costs $125 for a
subscription. I can provide that source as an answer. Alternatively, I
can research it for you, as I have a subscription and can access the
data. However, the research may take some time, and I can't do it for
$5.
Let me know how you wish to proceed,

Yes, I would like for you to research it. How much would that be and
could you also let me know the sources you reference along with the
answer?

Sorry about the delay. I had a problem with my e-mail and only now
received notice of your clarification.
I can research the transactions of anyone who is considered an
insider, so if you're looking for information about Red Hat shares, I
can deliver. But if you're looking to find out whether this fellow
owned 100 shares of Microsoft, there is no way to determine that, as
such records are private.
If you want Red Hat share information, let me know, and I'll quote you a price.
