Are their any recalls on 1995 S-10 Chevrolet Blazers to have a
windshield wiper problem fixed?

Hi Ghost2004, 

There is a safety recall on the wipers of the 95 S-10 Blazer 2WD and
4WD versions and various other minor service bulletins related to the
wipers.  The information is as follows:

According to this article, there was a recall of 1996-97 Chevrolet
Blazers because of faulty windshield wipers:

I have seen no evidence of any wiper-related recall for 1995 Blazers.
