Are there any nutritional food delivery services similar to Zone Food in the
Raleigh/Durham NC area?  What is the cost for 7 day delivery?

The Zone Gourmet claims it offers service to the Raleigh-Durham area
(I put in a Chapel Hill and a Durham zip code to confirm).  Website:
http://www.zonegourmet.com/.  According to their FAQ, the cost is
$36.95/day.  They claim "On average, people spend $20-$25 per day on
food. For only a few dollars more, you will have one of the finest
chefs prepare you 3 delicious meals and snacks, delivered fresh to
your doorstep!"

You may also be interested to know that the Atkins at Home program
(http://atkinsathome.com/default.asp) is not yet available in the
Raleigh-Durham area (again, according to a zip code search on 27707 -
Durham), but they are expanding it so it may be available soon.

I found this website by doing the following search on Google: zone
