Can anyone point me at a simple mobile [blue tooth and InterNet ]
ordering system for the Ipaq. It must show options product pictures
and be configable to any product.

How many iPaqs do you want to load with this software?

What are you intending to connect to via the internet and Bluetooth
connection?

I know of a company that makes a job/sales/database system that uses
iPaq clients and is configurable via XML. It has an image option
designed for maps when used for dispatching, but there is no reason
why the images should not be of product. The company has a reputation
for customizing on request, but it is designed and priced for multiple
users. Does this resemble what you are looking for?

Are you looking for a custom software? Is there any
reason you wouldn't want to use pocket internet explorer
pointing at your website?

If that is acceptable, it is easy to find bluetooth and
wireless cards for IPAQ. www.tdksystems.com sells bluetooth
cards for Pocket PC. There will be many others, for sure.
Remember that a bluetooth card by itself is useless. You
also need the infrastructure in your building/shop/office
that provides a bluetooth-to-internet gateway. (or you have
cell-phone that has bluetooth support to dial-out).
