I have been trying to locate a copy (in any format available) of a
film made in Hollywood and released in 1970 by Hallmark. The title is
"Walk The Walk". It was written, produced, and directed by Jac Zacha
of H.Q.Z. Productions. P.K. Dwyer did the music for the soundtrack.
I have searched everywhere with no luck. I have found references to
the movie, but no place to get it. I have talked to several collectors
who say this is a VERY rare film that they would like to have also,
but none of them know where to find it. In 1969, H.Q.Z. Productions
was located at 1050 Carol Drive in West Hollywood. Phone numbers were
278-1264 & 278-1267.

I personally didn't find it for sale, but, I did find this website
which attempts to locate old movies for sale, and once they're found,
links to them so that you can purchase them. Your movie has not been
found yet, but you can keep an eye out in case it ever is, and they
list it here.

I had not been to that site in my previous searches, but I have been
exchanging emails with Mike White who has provided much of the
guidance for that site. He has had this movie on his search list for
some time now. He has assured me that if he ever finds it he will let
me know, but he could offer no help in locating it, and he would
probably find it before they would, if it can be found at all. Thanks.

Hi. I'm PK Dwyer's wife and we also have been trying to locate a copy
(in any format!) of "Walk The Walk." We have been surprised and
pleased that there is still interest in this film, more folks know
about it than we thought . . .

I have been trying to locate this film (or a copy of the soundtrack)
for over a year now and of course any further info would be much
appreciated. You can contact myself or PK Dwyer through pkdwyer.com
Thanks!

Researchers should be aware that there's another film by the same
title, a "Christian" film released in the late 1990s/early 2000s.

- There is also a French film that goes by this name (1996).
- Yes, the film is very rare. I have not located it even in film
school libraries and similar sources.

So as not to confuse this with any other film by the same name, I
included the release date, company, and the producer's name. It is
interesting that Mrs. Dwyer responded. Hello. The reason I am looking
for this film is because I was in it. I was also originally asked to
do the soundtrack for it. My band was filmed in several scenes in a
bar in Venice for the movie. Jac asked us to do the soundtrack, but we
did not follow up and he got your husband to do it. It was pretty
crazy back then. I'm glad he got to do it, but I never even knew it
was released until a couple of weeks ago.
